Expression and control
Listen for emphasis near the filter cutoff. Use the same patch and level to distinguish resonance from brightness.
Resonance controller uses CC71. Write the example values 32 → 96 on the controller lane of the target channel.
The controller is sent on a channel. Hearing a change requires the receiver to implement that CC function. Check its MIDI implementation chart.
