Expression and control
When mapped to cutoff, increasing the value may reveal upper frequencies. The source spectrum also matters.
Brightness controller uses CC74. Write the example values 32 → 96 on the controller lane of the target channel.
The controller is sent on a channel. Hearing a change requires the receiver to implement that CC function. Check its MIDI implementation chart.
